Located at approximately 2,073 metres above sea level, Paravani Lake is one of the defining landscapes of Javakheti. Its broad waters stretch across the plateau, creating spectacular open views that change with the light and weather. The surrounding countryside is ideal for scenic drives, landscape photography, and discovering the quieter rural side of southern Georgia. In winter, the lake can freeze over, transforming the landscape into a striking expanse of ice and snow.
