A lesser-known natural monument near the town of Dedoplistskaro, Artsivi Gorge offers a fantastic short hike with spectacular scenery. A well-equipped trail with bridges and paths takes you through a narrow limestone canyon, where you can see numerous small waterfalls and caves. The main attraction, as the name suggests, is the opportunity to see eagles and other birds of prey nesting on the cliffs above. The hike is relatively easy and takes about 2-3 hours, making it a great family-friendly activity and a chance to experience Kakheti's nature up close without committing to a multi-day trek.
