City Guide
Known for its artisanal cheeses and cozy atmosphere, it has become a favorite spot for visitors looking to experience something different from traditional Georgian restaurants.
The bar is part of the Odlisi cheese factory, where cheeses are produced on site using European techniques combined with local Georgian ingredients. The founders began cheese production after studying dairy farming in Europe, particularly in Switzerland and Germany, and today they create soft, semi-hard, and hard cheeses with more than 20 different flavors.
Guests can enjoy cheese tasting platters that often include several varieties of homemade cheese served with bread, honey, fruits, and traditional Georgian products such as churchkhela. The cheeses are often paired with local Kakhetian wines like Saperavi and Rkatsiteli, making it a perfect place for a relaxed evening of wine and gastronomy.
