* Visitors: Visitor stay is allowed from 12:00 to 21:00. Staying beyond this period will be considered as an overnight stay and will incur additional charges.
* Safe box: The hotel management is not responsible for any valuables left inside or outside the safe. Safe code: 444# — Enter this code to unlock, then set your preferred combination.
* Smoking policy: All hotel rooms and public areas are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. A fine of 500 GEL will apply for smoking inside the room or disposing of cigarette butts from the balcony.
* Minibar: The minibar inside the room is chargeable, while the tea, coffee, and water placed outside the minibar are complimentary.
* Breakfast: 08:00 – 10:00
If you plan to leave before breakfast hours, please request a breakfast box one day in advance.
You can also enjoy late breakfast and brunch service from 10:00 to 12:00. These services are not included in the room rate.
* Kitchen: Open for orders from 10:00 to 22:30.
* À la carte menu: Available from 12:00 to 22:30.
* Restaurant and bar area: Open until 24:00.
* Room service (beverages): Available 24 hours.
* Room service (meals): Available from 10:00 to 22:30.
* Additional services: On floor -2, you can enjoy a relaxation area and a billiard table. Conference halls (large and small) are also available for booking.
