The restaurant menu pays homage to classic Georgian cuisine and dishes are a celebration of local, seasonal produce. The menu is complemented by an extensive drinks list featuring a carefully curated collection of Georgian wine, including the distinctive Qvervi wine. Named for the ancient clay vessels in which the wine is fermented and stored, organic Qvevri wine has been produced in Georgia for 8000 years and is renowned for its complexity and depth.
